Connecting via SSH

Secure Shell (SSH) is the primary way to manage your Linux VPS.

Windows Users

Download a client like PuTTY.

  1. Open PuTTY.
  2. Enter your Server IP address in the "Host Name" field.
  3. Click Open.
  4. Log in as root and enter your password.

Mac/Linux Users

Open your Terminal and run:
ssh root@your_server_ip
