Setting up Outlook for Email

How to configure Microsoft Outlook:

  1. File > Add Account.
  2. Select Manual Setup or IMAP/POP.
  3. Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Port 993 for IMAP SSL).
  4. Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Port 465 for SMTP SSL).
  5. Username: Your full email address.
  6. Password: Your email password.
  7. Ensure "My OUTGOING server requires authentication" is checked.
