Problem: WordPress or your script cannot talk to MySQL.

Checklist

  1. Credentials: strict check your wp-config.php file. Do the DB Name, User, and Password match perfectly?
  2. Privileges: Go to SPanel > MySQL Databases. Ensure the User is added to the Database with ALL PRIVILEGES.
  3. Password Change: If you recently changed your SPanel password, you may need to update the database user password too.
