FTP Error: Connection Refused

Problem: FileZilla cannot connect.

Solutions

  • IP Block: If you failed login too many times, the firewall blocked you. Open a support ticket with your public IP (Google "What is my IP").
  • Port: Ensure you are using Port 21 (FTP) or Port 22 (SFTP), not the web port 80.
  • Hostname: Try using the server IP address directly instead of `ftp.yourdomain.com`.
