Email Error: Quota Exceeded

Problem: Senders get a bounce back saying your inbox is full.

Fix

  1. Log in to SPanel > Email Accounts.
  2. Check the "Usage" bar.
  3. Click Disk Usage to see large folders.
  4. Delete old emails from the Trash and Sent folders.
  5. Or, click Change Quota to increase the limit for that account (if your hosting plan allows).
