Playlist Types Explained

When creating a playlist, the Type matters:

  • General Rotation: Standard shuffle. "Standard" weight plays songs equally. "Heavy" plays them more often.
  • Scheduled: Plays at a specific time (e.g., "Fridays at 8PM").
  • Once per X Songs: Great for station IDs or jingles. E.g., play a jingle every 5 songs.
  • Once per X Minutes: Play an ad/jingle every 30 minutes.
